Summerhall appoints business development manager for digital technology

1st February 2007 - Edinburgh based communications firm, Summerhall have appointed Andrew Stirling as their head of business development for digital technology. Andrew joins from his previous role as publishing solutions manager at the Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre where he managed the development and role out of their PODi award winning web-to-print solution. He brings with him over 10 years experience in variable data printing, web-to-print solutions and digital asset management.

Summerhall have made an investment in new technology and a development team to enable their clients to take advantage of cross media communications. This enables the production of marketing campaigns using personalised emails, websites (PURLs), images and print.

"We are already getting a lot of interest in our new technology offerings from our agency clients and financial services customers" says George Pryde, managing director of Summerhall. "Summerhall is no longer just a print business as we now offer digital communication seamlessly integrated with printed communication."
