Located at our secure premises at Peffermill in Edinburgh our complete in-house service removes the need for clients to coordinate multiple suppliers for their campaigns along with security problems of transferring sensitive data and materials between premises.

Data management and processing
Our data bureau department can handle most data and media formats and provide data services which include: -

Personalisation
Variable Personalisation is undertaken using high speed, leading edge technology digital printers and print composition software.

The system allows for virtually unlimited text versions and embedded variables including variable signatures graphics and colour. Output can be to monochrome, highlight colour and full colour digital devices, or electronically. Full colour digital output is ideal for short run and highly targeted mailings.

Enclosing
We have flexible mailing solutions to cater for the smallest to the very largest campaigns.

Our intelligent inserting systems can handle multi page statements, variable insert selection and cross matching of separate personalised items.

Hand enclosing
We find that numerous mailings require hand fulfilment due to the mailing content which can be very intricate. For this we use our experienced staff who can collate these with other material either printed by us or supplied and make into packs for onward distribution either by mail or to your warehouse. To ensure accuracy of finished product we do multiple cross matching. We can also undertake to include items being inserted into a specific position and glue dotting.
